To de-scale:
Remove the water tank,
Fill the tank with de-ionised water, adding a few drops of vinegar. Do not use de-scaling products.
Replace the tank and click into place.
Plug the appliance into a suitable mains socket and allow to heat up.
Leave the appliance on until the water tank is empty. Do not use tha appliance on hair whilst de-scaling.
Remove the water tank and rinse with water.
